Spiritual formation: We cannot connect common people with the ultimate source of victory when we are disconnected or de-linked from that source. Each of us must be progressively experiencing dynamic spiritual formation, growing from one level to another. We follow a simple process of as follows:
A lifestyle of worship: We are created to worship God and be in dominion. Worship is more than songs at the church. It is our lifestyle. We are in worship all the time. Everything we do or become is a form of worship to Our God.
Ministry Excellence: Excellence reflects the God we worship. He is a God of order, design and purpose. As his children we reflect his nature in the way we conduct business both at church and at home.
Sound relationships: we are a ministry of Grace. We value healthy relationships in the family, at work and at church. As a church we value honesty and transparency. As a family we will strive to live at peace with one another, forgiving always and resolving conflicts promptly.
Open Communication: We strive to foster open communication between the members and the leadership teams. We lead by example and encourage our members to hold us accountable to leading the church according to the foundations entrenched in the scriptures.
Radical Generosity: We value generosity. The more we are being transformed into Christ likeness the more we reflect his giving nature. We give ourselves to the Lord by giving ourselves to his people and his work.
