Our Story
Victory Chapel opened its doors on Dec. 11, 2011. Pastor Muniu and the initial Dream Team of approximately 30 people, not only shared a common dream but also the zeal to fulfill the great commission of Jesus Christ. More than 50 people attended our first Sunday service at Double Tree Hotel, Richardson, Texas.
From the beginning, Victory Chapel has focused on reaching those who do not know God in a personal way and further building their faith in Christ. The Church moved from the Hotel after 6 months to a rental facility in Dallas, Texas. There was continued growth, especially in the Children ministry, and the church added an adjacent building to its lease to accommodate this need. By Mid-2016, Victory Chapel purchased a 20,000 sq ft facility at Richardson. However, this new building needed some remodeling and we were briefly hosted by Pisgah Church in Richardson, until the remodeling was completed. On May 6, 2018, we finally moved into our new home at 101 W Buckingham Road, Richardson, Texas.
Today, over 150 people and more than 80 kids attend Church to learn God’s word in a place we call our home. We invite you to see for yourself how exciting church can be when the focus is simple, and people are free to seek God with passion.
